Open your receipt from Dodo Payments and click Access in your customer portal. Your kit is under License Keys & Downloads. You can also sign in at the customer portal with the email you paid with.
Charged twice?
Email us within 7 days with both payment IDs from your receipts, and the duplicate gets refunded. See the refund policy.

Run pnpm run doctor first. It names the problem and the fix. If you're still stuck, send us its output.
